This specific warranty applies to any problems that may arise with your products for the next 3 years (from the date of purchase) on all parts and work labor.

In addition to this extended warranty, all after-sales service requests concerning possible technical problems are given priority over requests without priority assistance. You will receive a response as quickly as possible.

You also benefit from :

- A priority response within 24 hours for all questions and after-sales requests.

- Fast replacement (express shipping) of part or all of the product that has suffered a breakdown or problem making its use not possible.

Please note :

- The warranty does not apply to any breakdown or defect that occurs after the product has been misused.

- Shipping costs outside the European Union are at the customer's expense for the return of new product(s).

- The warranty and priority assistance apply only to products in the order containing the 3-year warranty item.
